Energy utilization of wastes

According to statistics, one person gets a share of 20-32 kilograms of plastic wastes per year, depending of the country. 1-3.6 tons of oil are used in production of one ton of plastics. It can thus be said that the plastics in any form represent an unutilized component of energy, which ends up on dump sites, forbidden dumps or, in the worst case, as a fuel in households, burnt in fossil fuel boilers. Sludge of various types is also regarded a waste.

By processing plastics, sludge and various dangerous wastes, we produce oil with a high energy yield. The waste-processing technology generates gaseous and solid phases, which are used in increasing the energy balance, thus minimizing energy dependency of the technology on an external source of energy necessary for the actual operation of the equipment. The energy yield of the acquired oil ranges from 75 % to 130 % of the input material. The 130% yield is achieved by processing oil lagoons, various kinds of sludge, spent oils, etc. The amount of the produced gas is around 15 %. The oil is treated by fractional distillation. It corresponds to the light fuel oil with its properties and can be used as a fuel for vehicles.

It is possible to process all types of waste plastics, sludge from paints or varnishes containing organic thinners and other dangerous substances, grinding swarf, various types of oil or medical waste. The equipment can be arranged according to the customer's requirements and is suitable for towns, villages, industrial zones, etc. It can process all types of plastics regardless of their current condition or type.

Another benefit rests in liquidation of oil sediments and lagoons found in former industrial objects, which are liquidated by other technologies at high costs and frequently without respect to the environment.
